Description:

Cordial provides real-time access to your customer’s profile updates, messaging engagements, and browsing/purchase behaviors. This helps you to analyze engagement trends, monitor customer behaviors, gauge performance, and unlock new insights to drive your business. Secure share tables & views can be customized to your desired specifications. Data is available retroactively in perpetuity, updated multiple times per day, and immediately queryable.

Tables/views included:
– CONTACTACTIVITY_VIEW
– CONTACTS_VIEW
– ORDERS_VIEW
– MESSAGESENDS_VIEW

Fields for contact activity views:
– ACTION: the type of event (click, open, etc)
– ACTION_DATE: The date the event took place
– CREATED_DATE: The date the event was ingested
– CID: The ID of the referenced contact record
– MCID: The ID of the referenced messagecontacts record
– MDTID: The ID of the referenced messagedeliverytemplate record
– DEVICE The end user’s useragent device (browser, platform, type, etc).
– GEO: Location data geo-coded from the end user’s ip address (latitude, longitude, country, state, postal code, etc).
– SYSTEM_PROPERTIES: Operational data such as email domain, message tags, and referring link
– PROPERTIES: Optional custom data specified by the customer for a given action type

Fields for contacts view:
– ID: Unique contact identifier generated by Cordial
– MODIFIED_DATE: The date the contact was last modified
– CREATED_DATE: The date the contact was created
– MDTLASTSENT: The MDTID and Datetime of the most recent messages sent to the contact
– LIST_JOIN_DATE: The LIST_ID and join date of the lists to which the contact is subscribed
– LIST: The LIST_ID of the lists to which the contact is subscribed
– CHANNELS: The delivery channels to which the contact is (or has been) subscribed, including id (e.g. email)
– ATTRIBUTES: The custom fields set for the contact
– CART: The items in the user’s cart

FIelds for orders view:
– ID: Unique order identifier generated by Cordial
– ORDERID: Unique order identifier generated by the Client
– MODIFIED_DATE: The date the order was last modified
– CREATED_DATE: The date the order was created
– CID: The ID of the referenced contact record
– TOTALAMOUNT: total amount of the order
– PURCHASEDATE: the purchase date of the order
– ITEMS: the list of items in the order
