Frank Slootman currently serves as Chairman and CEO at Snowflake. Frank has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive in the enterprise software industry. Mr. Slootman served as CEO and President of ServiceNow from 2011 to 2017, taking the organization from around $100M in revenue, through an IPO, to $1.4B. Prior to that, Frank served as President of the Backup Recovery Systems Division at EMC following an acquisition of Data Domain Corporation/Data Domain, Inc., where he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President, leading the company through an IPO to its acquisition by EMC for $2.4B. Slootman holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from the Netherlands School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Christian Kleinerman

Senior Vice President of Product

Christian Kleinerman is a database expert with over 20 years of experience working with various database technologies, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product at Snowflake. He has more than 15 years of management and leadership experience. At Microsoft, he served as General Manager of the Data Warehousing product unit where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of products. Most recently, Christian worked at Google leading YouTube’s infrastructure and data systems. Christian earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Los Andes University, and he is a named inventor on numerous Snowflake patents.

Anita Lynch

VP Data Governance
Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution, Direct-to-Consumer

Anita Lynch is Vice President, Data Governance for The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer businesses. In this role, she is responsible for building the platform for data strategy including data architecture, data quality, access, privacy compliance, instrumentation, and data sharing for Disney+ and ESPN+. As a recognized expert in data and digital commerce, Lynch has led and advised organizations to successfully achieve competitive advantage through data, innovating solutions to ensure quality data compliant with legal guidelines across global geographies, and effectively scaling data platforms in businesses ranging from early startup to mature enterprise across technology, financial, media and retail sectors. Prior to joining Disney, Ms. Lynch was Head of Analytics at Amazon Prime Now. In this capacity, she was responsible for its global analytics spanning inventory, marketing, pricing and vendor management for Prime Now e-commerce. Previously, Ms. Lynch also served as Director of Business Operations in the core media group at Yahoo and as a Partner Specialist within Business Operations at Apple iTunes. Ms. Lynch was also a management consultant at Bain & Company from 2008 to 2011, where she focused on technology and financial services. Ms. Lynch began her career in 1998 as a software developer in tech startups, then architecting trading system algorithms at the Chicago Board of Trade. Her undergraduate focus was computer science and economics, obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Benoit Dageville

Benoit co-founded Snowflake and currently serves as President of the Product division. Benoit is a leading expert in parallel execution and self-tuning database systems. Prior to founding Snowflake, Benoit was with Oracle for over 10 years as a lead architect for parallel execution in Oracle RAC and a key architect in the SQL Manageability group. Prior to Oracle, Benoit worked at Bull Information Systems. He helped define the architecture and lead database performance efforts for Bull’s parallel systems. Benoit has a PhD in Computer Science with a focus in Parallel Database Systems and is a named inventor on more than 80 patents.

Margaret Sherman

Head of Data Strategy

Sonos

Margaret Sherman is the Head of Data Strategy at Sonos, where she leads a team of engineers responsible for the data platform and analytics engineering that supports data insights across the company. As Head of Data Strategy, she guides Sonos on where to invest, now and in the future, to get the most business value from its data resources. Sherman has spent almost 20 years building software, leading teams, and helping organizations become more data-driven. Before working at Sonos, Margaret spent 14 years at Microsoft as part of software teams for a wide range of products including Azure Machine Learning, Xbox, and Windows. She holds a master’s degree from M.I.T. in geosystems and an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.

Michael Gillespie

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited

Michael Gillespie is the Group Chief Digital and Technology Officer for Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (DPE), overseeing the Digital and Information Technology teams. In this role, Michael is responsible for overseeing the IT, e-commerce and key digital marketing functions across DPE’s seven markets – Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Japan and Germany. With more than 18 years’ experience in online marketing and digital strategy, Michael continues to adopt a forward-thinking approach, with extensive knowledge of the online space, to ultimately build sales momentum. Before DPE, Michael worked at Virgin Blue (Virgin Australia), Australian Insurance Holdings (Budget Direct) and QBD The Bookshop.

Sudaman is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Allianz Benelux, and he spends much of his time building and deploying AI solutions. Steered by the regional CEO, Sudaman and his team have deployed many industry-leading insurance AI solutions, securing and enriching the competitive advantage for their business.
