  • Can I bring a guest?
    • Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to enjoy The Sanctuary’s amenities.  However, event sessions and business discussions are reserved for invited attendees only.
  • Are travel and accommodation included?
    • Snowflake will be covering lodging expenses, as well as all activities onsite. Travel expenses to the resort will not be covered.
  • What is the dress code for the event?
    • The dress code is business casual for daytime sessions, with smart casual attire recommended for evening receptions and dinners. For leisure activities such as golfing, appropriate attire is suggested.
  • Who will I be attending with?
    • This retreat is designed for senior executives and decision-makers from leading organizations on the East Coast who are looking to enhance their data strategy with the Snowflake Data Cloud. Attendees will be of the highest executive level.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    • Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend, as space is limited and we want to accommodate as many attendees as possible.
