Ted leads the global Professional Services and Partner Enablement teams for Snowflake. With a blend of management experience and a strong focus on hiring world-class data warehousing and Snowflake experts, Ted is building an enterprise-class Professional Services organization to support Snowflake’s rapid growth and partner ecosystem expansion. In his 25 + years working in professional services, Ted ran his own consulting business, worked for large and small software companies, and developed a unique approach to driving success by focusing on executive buy-in, project de-risking, quick wins, and building sustainable models for on-going success.
