Jon Allie is a Senior Software Engineer in Snowflake’s Production Engineering group, and spends his time improving the performance and reliability of Snowflake’s critical infrastructure systems. Before joining Snowflake, he spent time at Auth0 in the Office of the CTO, where he helped build and launch a new product to provide fine-grained authorization at scale, and provided technical leadership across multiple engineering teams. Prior to Auth0, he spent more than a decade as a software engineer at Google, and worked on many of the systems at the core of Google’s infrastructure stack, as well as building novel systems to prevent and mitigate insider risk. He has an ongoing passion for building secure, scalable and reliable software.
