Jesse Ru

Jesse Ru, Enablement Manager at Snowflake, is from Philadelphia and is currently based out of San Mateo, California. He has a Masters in Chemical Engineer from Cornell Univeristy and worked as a Energy Engineering Consultant before moving into the Data Storage and Data Industry as a Technical Support Engineer.  He always had a passion for training and mentoring which prompted him to take on a Learning and Development role to provide training to a wider audience while maintaining high levels of standards expected from world-class Support and Customer Success organizations.
