Unlocking cognitive abundance: A leader’s guide to transformation through AI

For centuries, organizations have been constrained by human cognitive bandwidth, resulting in linear output scaling and exponential coordination costs. Agentic AI represents a paradigm shift that fundamentally breaks these constraints, offering unprecedented potential for organizational transformation. Just as cloud computing revolutionized digital infrastructure, AI agents are poised to redefine how organizations think, decide, and operate. Learn how AWS’s Generative AI Innovation Center (GenAIIC) is helping organizations navigate this transformation through practical, responsible implementation of agentic AI solutions. This session introduces our customer-tested framework for organizational transformation, drawing from real-world implementations and proven strategies. Through this presentation, you’ll gain actionable insights into:

  • Identifying high-impact opportunities for agentic AI

  • Building scalable agent-powered systems to drive productivity, efficiency, and new business growth

  • Managing the organizational change required for successful adoption

  • Ensuring responsible AI implementation

Panel: Healthcare & Enterprise Transformation with AI

AI is reshaping both patient care and enterprise operations, but the path forward is complex. Leaders from Providence, Cambia, and Qualtrics will share how they are navigating this shift—leveraging AI to improve outcomes, optimize costs, and unlock new insights while balancing governance, trust, and adoption challenges. This conversation will give leaders a practical view of where AI is delivering impact today and how to prepare for the agentic future ahead.

4:00 – 5:15 PM
From Memo to Movement: Crafting Generative AI Mandates That Inspire and Deliver

Executives are under pressure to become AI first organizations. They try to translate this need to evolve into an “AI mandates” —whether to motivate, inform, inspire, etc. But too many land as vague, uninspiring, anxiety-inducing or disconnected from reality. This interactive 90-minute workshop equips senior leaders to craft mandates that not only announce intent, but build trust, empower teams, and set the right tone for adoption. Participants will critique real-world AI mandates from companies like Amazon and Duolingo, identify what resonates (and what falls flat), and then work in small groups to draft their own mandates under realistic business scenarios. By writing from both the leader and employee perspective, participants gain a dual lens on credibility and impact.

5:15 – 5:30 PM
Closing Remarks
5:30 - 7:30 PM
