Neetan comes with a three-decade track record of delivering business value and transformation using technology and innovation. He has been recognized by the Silicon Valley’s Constellation Research into BT150 (Business Transformation 150), which is a global elite list of top executives leading innovative business transformation efforts. He has been on the Board of multiple technology start-ups and VCs, helping bring digital advisory to entrepreneurship.
His last assignment was with Dubai Holding (DH) as Group Chief Technology Officer where he led digital transformation, analytics and technology outcomes for the overall Group and co-created new digital business models. Neetan started his career at Accenture Consulting in India in early 1992, then moved to the UAE and joined Emirates in the year 1995 as Senior IT Manager. From thereon, he steadily grew with Emirates into the SVP IT and Innovation role, before leaving them in 2018 and joining Dubai Holding as their Group CTO.
Neetan is a Physics (Honors) graduate from Delhi University and a post graduate in computer applications (MCA) from NIT, Trichy.

Appointed on May 2, 2023, he holds an MBA degree in IT & Strategy from MDI Gurgaon and a B.S. in Information System from BITS Pilani, underscoring his strong academic foundation. Throughout his 25-year career, he has made significant contributions to renowned corporations, including Mastek, Sterlite Technologies, Samsung, Aviva, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank of America. With a customer-first design philosophy, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive business change and foster growth through the application of a ‘transformational leadership’ model.

Rajaram is part of the leadership team as Aavas Financiers and heads Strategy, Data and Analytics to bring cutting edge data driven solutions to solve customer and business challenges and to identify new opportunities for efficiencies and growth. He has been part of the Consumer Banking business for over 23 years and has experience across the various drivers within the Consumer Banking P&L. His experience spans multiple geographies (having worked in roles based in India, UAE, Egypt and US) across Finance, Sales, Product, Credit and Collections and Deposits. He is also a very firm believer of technology and data driven decision making within organizations which will drive success and market standing in the coming years.

Sanjay Deshmukh is the Senior Regional Vice President for Snowflake for ASEAN and India and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for building and executing a successful strategy to drive adoption and expansion of Snowflake’s Data Cloud in ASEAN and India region.

During a career spanning over 25 Years, he has led organizations in emerging technologies like Analytics, Cloud and Mobility through start-up, change and accelerated growth phase. He is passionate about helping customers transform their business and unlock the true value of their data.

In his earlier assignment, Deshmukh was Vice President at VMware responsible for the business in South-East Asia Korea region. He has previously worked for SAP India as Vice President for Business User and Platform Group and was instrumental in pioneering Business Intelligence and Analytics in India sub-continent in his role as the Country Manager for Business Objects.

Chris Child currently leads the Global Sales Engineering team at Snowflake. He joined Snowflake in mid-2017, and initially focused on Snowflake’s product experiences, including the UI, account management, and billing and cost governance.
Prior to joining Snowflake, Chris led product teams at a number of companies specializing in data, including Segment, Salesforce, RelateIQ, and Foursquare. Chris also spent time as both an early stage and late stage technology investor.
He is an alum of MIT and Stanford and loves to be doing anything outdoors with his wife Lyndsey and three kids.
